In the spirit of integrative thinking and of ‘and-both’ rather than ‘either-or’ thinking, I belief exceptional leaders to both speak to influence and motivate AND to listen to learn, collaborate and innovate. The most important part: Know which to do when for what reason. And then: Just do it.

    Thanks much for a wonderful book launch and networking event yesterday morning Kevin. You are truly wise, engaging, and inspiring. I’ve read numerous books in my 22 years in this field, some of them are good, and yours I believe to be outstanding. I am recommending The Pause Principle wherever I can.
